Our policies and procedures
We actively work to:
- Handle reports of sexual harassment with full confidentiality and care.
- Ensure diversity, equality, and inclusion across all parts of our work.
- Provide transparent guidance regarding auditions, contracts, and professional conduct.
- Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
All collaborators are expected to be familiar with the guidelines set by Swedish and European industry organisations to ensure best practice within the performing arts sector.
