Julia Dehnisch is a Swedish actress educated at Skara Skolscen, Prague Film School, and Stockholm University of the Arts, where she studied Acting for Film I and II. She began her career as a child actor in productions such as the Christmas Calendar show Pelle Svanslös and the feature film The Last Contract directed by Kjell Sundvall. After completing her studies, she has primarily focused on theatre, most recently performing in 2023 with Undantaget in Östersund. Julia's artistic passion lies in portraying stories that explore humanity in all its depth - desires, dreams, struggles, and complexities. She approaches her work with a balance of humour and seriousness, portraying both the light and dark within human nature, and shifting fluidly between comedic and dramatic roles.
