## About

Ella Sophie Sandberg is a Stockholm-based actor, writer and producer. She trained in the theatre programme at Kulturama and has since built a steady body of screen work for SVT, URplay and Discovery+, including Gaslight, nominated for Kristallen 2024 as Best Young Drama Series.

She also creates her own work. She wrote, produced and starred in the stage play 10 bloss innan 10 at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, and wrote and produced the short film Kan vi blomma ändå?, in which she plays the lead. In 2026 she began the playwriting programme at Södertörn University. She has worked behind the camera as a production coordinator and script supervisor, so she knows the production process from both sides.
